. I have two today and they’re important because of the amount of time and expensive appointments and I over prepare and then I worry that I’m gonna forget to look at everything I prepared and it’ll all be a waste.

I understand. In my case I got pressured to do things quickly and ask less questions so I missed stuff… 

Until I just decided to become an annoying patient and make them listen to everything I’ve got to say 😅

I’ve started using the app Visit Recall. It records the visit and gives you questions to ask then breaks it all down in typed form for you.

I usually write everything down and just straight up read from my phone during appointments… 🤳  
gpt helps a lot as well.
