I find that when I struggle to remember something if I write it down on note pads, the white board, the calendar , the calendar on my phone, set alarms I do remember. At least for me if I put it in obvious places I frequently go to such as the coffee pot, I’ll find them, the key is for it to be as in your face as possible and yes maybe mildly annoying but it will make you do it so you don’t have to deal with it anymore lol

I keep a giant office desk calendar on my coffee table and color coded tasks/bills/events. 

That way any time I sit down I’m reminded of what’s coming up.

In your face works. I have to put my fruit/veggies to eat in the door of the fridge and condiments in the drawer so I keep forgetting about all my fruit/veggies. Lol
