is it easy to achieve self study for a foreign language for adhd people

Oh, it's tough!   
The most significant shifts in my foreign language learning were literally going to another county for an internship/summer job (when I was younger 😄 ) and just learning by living. 

Finding a native-speaker friend is also a good idea because talking with a real person is more fun!
