It gets dirty like right after I clean it

as soon as you take your clothes off put it right away in your laundry basket immediately.  And any mess or spills you make clean right away and in 4 days wash all bed sheets and pillows!!! Sweep everyday and if you have rugs vacuum.

I don’t know what helps for you, but what has helped extremely much for me was to change cleaning from being a big weekly task to a daily, shorter task. 30 or 60 minutes daily depending on my energy levels, instead of 4-5 hours of high intensity cleaning all in 1 day.

Daily tasks become more routine, easier to remember and get motivated for than a once in a while task.
