😴 Every single day. I have   
fibromyalgia as well which includes includes extreme fatigue, extreme pain in all joints and muscles, including an attack overall on your CNS. My psychiatrist decided that bc I was 15 min late, my punishment would be not to give me scripts for my ADHD meds until January 2024. Can you believe that?

I have ADHD and Fibromyalgia too. It’s funny that a lot of strategies that work for Fibromyalgia also work for ADHD, just for different reasons… but your situation definitely sucks and I’m sorry you’re going through that. If you feel like your doctor isn’t helping you it would probably be a good idea to try to find a different doctor. It took me a long time to find the right doctor for me. When you have chronic illness it’s super tough to advocate for yourself. I understand your frustration and again, I’m very sorry you’re going through this. No one should be treated that way.

The hunger thing is absolutely what happens to me! Exact time and everything! LMAS!!! Pharmaceutical sales, I say, “the brown paper bag theory!” Bc I’ve been asking for a specific one, that I know that is NOT on the list of “controlled substances.” How about she has been hesitant to even at least let me try it for over the last 9-months to a year that I’ve been asking for it. See my best friend is a head pharmacy tech, with a son whom I assisted in diagnosing his ADHD as I also diagnosed myself, with experience as a Mental Health Case Manager turned Therapist for Children with Severe Emotional Disorders, then a career in teaching 5th graders. Soooo, after a while, after loving what you do, you do develop a habit of examining yourself a bit too closely I say.   
In this instance, I was glad, bc I was developing the symptoms that led to this diagnosis, allowing myself to be abused bc I wasn’t able to perform as usual, but finally realized I wasn’t broken

It's unbelievable... Courage. I wish you to find an other psychiatrist as soon as possible. This one is a dangerous idiot.

Wow! Can you find a new one?! That’s some BS right there! I had one that just kept throwing different pills at me when I kept telling him what my issues were. Instead of trying to find a better harmonious balance. The interim psychologist is trying to simplify it. But the result is that now I crash in the day, and I’m up all night. I’m not hungry until almost 6, and then begins the mindless binge until I can get myself to bed.   
But last year I had iron levels of 5, and thyroid levels off the charts. My anxieties were all over. I get what it feels like when everything feels off, and there’s no help from a doctor. Or compassion. I’m really sorry you’re going through this. I’ll be sending you LOTS of good energy that something positive will come your way.
