Cleaning the whole house is very overwhelming 😅 do you know FlyLady? Her method is super for our brains. Little steps moving to a clean home.

Cleaning the entire house already sounds overwhelming. Pick a room or a spot and clean it. Then admire your results and progress. This gives me dopamine and I can continue with the next part, and so on. Hope this helps you too 🍀

I sometimes will pick a corner of a room and work from there.

It often happens to me too !!  
Last time of note was a week ago. What really helped me : having a deadline (my husband was coming home) / putting on upbeat music / having my children help / keeping things simple : I take a garbage bag and then I go around the kitchen and living room and collect only garbage ; or I focus on books (we have tons of those and they lie around everywhere… 😅) and don’t pick up anything else.
