Does anyone else feel like a slave to their ADHD medicine. It often feels like my day can’t start with out it. I’m often stuck in the couch with ADHD paralysis just overwhelmed with life.

It's not that I can't start a day without it, it's that I don't start a day without it. I know how much better I'm going to feel when I do take it vs when I don't, so I just have it as soon as I get out of bed. I feel after not having access to the medication I needed for 32 years, because I didn't have a diagnosis, I'm super duper grateful to have access to medication. I've been affected by the worldwide 30mg Vyvsnse shortage and haven't had my medication for 2 weeks and it's be absolutely horrible!

Well facts, but I try to change thinking about myself without meds - I just make fun of myself, like making fun of a drunk friend lol
