no matter how much i sleep i’m always tired am i the only one

I’m also tired all the time. My dr diagnosed me with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. She also said that the combo of meds that I take will keep me tired 😵‍💫

Have you spoken to a sleep doctor? I had to have my meds adjusted to compensate for my excessive daytime sleepiness

Nope! You are not the only one. I’ve said many times that I’m tired of being tired🥱 Struggling through the day to stay awake is exhausting, no matter whether I slept well the night before or not. We ADHDers can be depleted of energy for any number of reasons. I don’t do well in social situations involving more than a few adults. That and making zaps whatever energy I might have had for the day.
