# Any Ideas on staying motivated while performing a task??

I struggle with staying motivated on a task that I don’t have Interest in and sometimes even become unmotivated to things I am interested in .   
Dose anyone have any good tips to staying motivated?

Give yourself a treat everytime you complete a part of the task, in this way you instruct your brain that doing tasks is a good way to earn dopamine :)

Same. I found that sometimes if I give myself some kind of reward to work towards it helps a bit. Like I’ll tell myself I’m not eating until i finish a task. Or if I wanna buy something I have to finish my task first.
