# Any way to avoid picking at scabs/head/face? It is so hard not to.

It's not always practical, but I bought gloves, like the thin white ones that jewellers wear, and it makes it impossible to pick xx

Scabs I’ll cover with a bandaid. Not really helpful for face or head though. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I try to find other things to keep my hands busy. Like the metal mesh rings or pop balls.
