Repotting my plants and growing the new ones really helps me calm down my nerves and get a sense of accomplishment.
My family asks me why my plants are so nice, and my secret is the hand sprinkler, it's weirdly relaxing to me and I do it every time when I'm in the kitchen.
I recommend the simplest ones like aloe, crassula, sunflower, pumpkin. With the fast growing plants you can really see how they grow and drink water and it gives a nice feeling of stability and.. life?
Anyway, I recommend plant care for your health!

I kept up with my plants and had over twenty for three years but then just didn’t. All but three are gone

You should definitely get some new ones then!
Hahaha, it never helped me with my routine but made it more messy😂 but at least I'm happier. Дякую!

As I had to care after plants on my previous apartment, I felt grounded and more attentive to here and now matters - so yep, a great way to become better with everyday routine and becoming more responsible! Your plants are so cute, and you do great with them❤️‍🔥
