Cats are great for body doubling to help focus when you can’t get a person there. They are also calming both mentally and physically.

Body doubling with my cats doesn’t work for me. My son sometimes crashes on my sofa after a long workday when I’m home. Even if he’s asleep, I can get work done.

I need a body double so badly! Everyone scrams when I try to get stuff done. I've asked my wife to just sit  near me but she hates to.

Oh yeah, my temporary one is such a guy who always needs to know what I am doing right now:) I was not okay with it at the beginning but it is getting easier from day to day
