Does anyone else get really motivated Sunday come up with a weekly schedule put everything you have into it. Exercise, meal plan daily tasks ect. Then by Friday get so overwhelmed because you have tried to do to much then get burnt out and go into adhd paralysis!! Lol or is it just me 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yep and then just gave up

Yep, I’ve started breaking down my task into chunks, making tasks easier by putting items on hand. This way sometimes I get things done during my downtimes. It’s very reinforcing.

Yes, or when something doesn't go to plan and my list and set out routine is off track I feel defeated overwhelmed

I understand this a lot. I think for me though, it manifests as making plans to meet up with friends outside of work (both colleagues and friends from when I was at school), but then the closer to the end of the week, the more burnt out I get from work and other social interactions. I mean, this is probably because I’m also an introvert haha but I just find it so hard to stick to those social plans… :(
