We all can relate.... maybe it's a sign that you need a little rest and rejuvenation? List the good qualities about your self and realize sometimes we have to know where we are weak so that we can strengthen ourselves in that area; and then in time that weekness will turn into a strength that you'll be able to add to  
that list.

All I can say is that no one grows and improves or learns when they're being shamed. So give yourself some love and generosity the way you would through a young child or your best friend.
