Is there a way to default visibility? I sometimes hesitate to add things if they need to remain private, so I would rather my list be automatically private, and I can choose if the item is public instead of vice vera.

I did this today and it kept defaulting back to Public. I was trying to put in some appointments and I made a point to make them private, but when I looked at my list, it changed back to Public. Any thoughts?

We are going to test it today and investigate the issue. I will keep you updated! If you could send me screen recording of this to julia@numo.so it will HELP A LOT!

I was hoping you would say that. I just sent you the video.

I thought it did that originally, but then it seemed like it was having to be changed every time.

I will try again because, you know, ADHD.

To make a task private, just select “Private” right here. The next time you create a task, it will also be private — and so will the rest, until you change it back to public.

If you have any other ideas or suggestions on how we can improve the private/public task flow in Numo, drop them in the comments — we’re all ears!
