The generic seems to be fine too. I am getting used to the dosage so fast!! But I really need it to be functional at all! ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ Also, I have a psych who is afraid to prescribe more or be looked at by the system, I think. I take 20 MG, 1 insta, 1 XR per per day. And it's NOT ENOUGH I wanted him to prescribe me two of the XR a day instead, but said they'd look at us (though my daughter's doc said that was BS) I also hate the ups and downs of the instant. But the extended seems to be nationally short all the dang time, too. :/ And I'm getting to the point that 20 and 20 just isn't cutting it anyway!! Any advice ? Ideas? Other things that work? Supplements to add? I only take the 20mg if needed, though. I've also added vitamin D&K, NAC, and a prebiotic. The vitamins have really helped me a lot! ### @greta โ€” 2023-06-30T17:53:16.094Z 15 mg XR in the am. Supposed to take it twice a day, but itโ€™s too high of a dose in the afternoon. Couldnโ€™t get it for awhile, so I was using old instant release, and when I finally went back on the XR, I felt AMAZING. I have 7 kids and days are so long.
