# Do you love or hate new task adding, tags & subtasks?

Hi, it’s Vlad, co-founder of Numo. 

In our recent update we added long-requested tags, subtasks, updated how you can set up rituals, and in general improved the interface of adding new tasks. 

I’m super curious if you like it or if there’s something we can improve for you?

I am very excited about it! I also wish the tasks had calendar options like our phone apps do. I deal with shift work and if there was the option to do a task every 28 days or even biweekly for things like paychecks. Please keep listening to our suggestions!

During my nightly brain dump session I just realised: I would find it very useful if I could add an „estimated time“ to tasks. I think it could help tackle time blindness at least a little bit, and see more clearly if my planning is completely unrealistic 🙈 right now I feel like I need some 30+ hour days to even have a small chance of completing everything that’s on my list.  
The thing is: it doesn’t even LOOK that much, but there are some work-related tasks that will just take a while to complete. And even if I split them into their sub tasks, the list remains short and my brain goes „ahhhh that’s not a lot, I’ve got plenty of time, let’s relax a little first“ 😁

I like the new options! I do wish that I didn’t have to delete the autogenerated tasks every time I modify the task. Also, with my life based around a 28 day shift rotation, I wish the repetition options were better such as repeat every x number of days, or getting paid biweekly. Thanks for being so responsive!

I'd like to be able to have the option to make a ritual last for certain period of time.. .say feed the neighbors cat for a month...

Being able to search for a specific task would be useful and add a task with no specific date. Agree with being able to reorder sub tasks and being able to prioritise without the AI (useful but not when you want to order them quickly yourself). I’m still new to the app so trying to wrap my head around what you can and can’t do.

I have a suggestion. There needs to be a "how to use" the different sections of Numo in general, and when an update occurs, definitely something that explains the update and how to use the new stuff. Maybe even a forewarning that a change is going to occur. After all, we neurodivergents aren't necessarily good with sudden, unexpected change without explanations on use of new options :)

I LOVE IT! I created rituals and still going. I need to be able reorder and/or edit  the subtasks, and it’d be great if we could assign colors/views to each tag… although the filter does allow us to view by tag

I love the level of detail you can add with tagging and subtasks. I think it would be nice if the AI feature wasn't "on by default", but a tool you can use if you want (especially for subtasks). Right now if you want to add a subtask you have to wait for the AI and possibly delete the suggestions before being able to add your own. (Mentioned this in another post thread already)

I much prefer it although I do wish in terms of the mini tasks I could reorder them a bit easier
