When I work with tiny hoomans who are also neurodivergent and being able to take information they were presented and couldn’t understand figure out the way they think and process and present in a way they can comprehend.

A strong sense of justice imo. It means I'm surrounded by people who have similar beliefs because I'm loud about mine 😂
