Making a to do list with verbs or “must/need” actually causes me to avoid the task. But brain dumping a description of the situation or environment does not! Isn’t that weird? For example, writing “do laundry” or “put dirty clothes in the wash” etc makes me resist. But if I just write the laundry basket is full, I’m more likely to do it that day.

Great idea!
I try also to write "in positive" like, for example, how I 'd like my house/table, etc...a description of how It should look like helps me imagine and want to clean.

Me too! I think if I put must next to it, I’ll do it, but instead I don’t lol.
