I think it’s not only connected to my personal temper, but to ADHD too. Sometimes I have so much thoughts and feelings, so I can’t control them at all. I know that I’m saying something that I should not at the moment, but still continue.
It makes me anxious after all. I think how other people are discussing such situations and think that I’m cringe.
Everyone says people don’t care much about others, but I don’t believe it because I do care much and overthinking about myself and others and so on 😫
Please Goddess give me ability to control my mouth

Before I told my friends that I had adhd, they were always so confused as to why I always had so much energy and craziness. But after I finally told them, they understand me better now and they’re not quite so confused. This probably dosent help you much but thanks for listening anyway!! 😊

I'm either silent, or over sharing

I get pretty withdrawn... Unless on a special topic!

I am jealous of that!

Same. It also confused me a lot during my whole childhood. I don't know if it helps but maybe listening to others more helps(the problem of over sharing can be reduced in this process.)

A friend of mine also got ADHD but she never has this problem as I do. The difference of our convo mode ,as I conclude like a creepy stalker🤣, is that she listens much more than talking. (She asks questions--back-and-forth conversation--smooth conv without she sharing too much)

Anyway, you're changing the moment you want to improve. 😉Even though you're already perfect the way you are🔆

I can never end a conversation. It goes on and on…..

I have noticed that when I have consistent friends around me who understand and like me I need to talk less. I see this being a problem harder for me to control when I am lonely.

I try to mitigate this by having intentional phone calls with people who I know enjoy my presence at times when it energizes them too.

Thanks. I think I will try to track this issue, because it’s partially relatable to me. I still talk a lot around my close friends, but sometimes they make me less hyperactive

I know how you feel I’m the same but for a few days i saw a lady which explained that people which we‘re have been nessessory that others are safe in older times and we‘re don’t needed these times but I think the other explanation is better cause we think quicker and more and see as overthinkers the whole picture of things or consequences and can do tasks quicker

Yes 🙌🏼 I am well known for my mouth 😂 I often feel as though I’ve upset people and have anxiety about being responsible for people being in a bad mood and then sit and relive that whole day analysing everything I’ve said and done that could have upset the person, it’s a nightmare!!
