coffee does but energy drinks (redbull exempt) dont, they give me a lot of energy :D

Yes, it makes me sleepy, and filter coffee, for example makes me anxious

I don’t drink caffeine so much cuz dad say it’s not good for kids so i can’t have like coffee and energydrinks but isnt caffeine something that make people wake up?

Yes, but maybe caffeine has calming effect for ADHDers. I don't know. But I really feel sleepy and head foggy after drinking coffee.

Yeah, many people claim that it has opposite effect for people with ADHD

It depends on the dosage and the time of day, but for example one Espresso after lunch puts me right out 😅🤷🏼‍♂️
