Looking for equipment and gadgets or software that helped you get through college, I may have some funding available for supports and so far I'm looking at loop ear plugs and some kind of watch that vibrates to help keep me focused/out of a hyperfocus. If you have any equipment of gadgets that helped let me know, bonus point if you can recommend a really good pdf reader software that doesn't have a creepy robot voice

A tiny pink physical timer from Amazon - it was around $10 - it is sooo helpful for time blindness!

I use Amazfit watch connected to Zepp app on my phone. Since I’m also hard of hearing, the vibration mode alerts me when my phone is ringing. I can also set alarms. I haven’t figured out all of the features yet, but I have found that those I use are helpful.

Have you tried Voice Dream Reader or Speechify for pdf readers?
