# AuDHD anyone?

Curious if anyone else is both ADHD and autistic? It’s a blast let me tell ya 🥴

I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was younger, but I suspect I am on the autism spectrum as I’ve gotten older (now 31); my sister and I both have several symptoms, mannerisms, and obsessions. I find that it’s hard to receive the care I need in regards to getting diagnosed since Virginia tends to find it as something I would need behavioral therapy for 🙄 I learn life hacks on YouTube and through research and apply what feels right to my routines. I still struggle with masking, and to make that more complicated I have BPD and diagnosed with BPMD. I sometimes wonder if I really have BPMD because my behavioral roller coaster  follows more of the ASD/ADHD path than Bipolar. It’s certainly a process, and a struggle, but one worth the work since all I want to be is myself.

Just diagnosed with ADHD this year, and I heavily suspect I’m also autistic. Not sure what to do with that suspicion though, still wondering if it’s worth pursuing a diagnosis 🤔

I have a adhd diagnosis but I suspect that I’m autistic as well. Did you get your both of your diagnosis at the same time?
