Yes, before my period, if I forget my medication, it's a disaster; the medication itself also helps less then than on other days of my cycle. For me, it's not a fog, but such a rage towards others - an even shorter fuse.

I have PMDD; without talking to a therapist and getting on the right meds… and having many long conversations with my husband… I can tend to be a real bitch to him!! And sometimes to others! Brain fog is worse, and I get achy sometimes, and usually only in one place or two… but right now it’s my whole body because my bronchitis is trying to make a comeback! Ughhh! lol

I feel you. All I do is forget everything I needed to do and leave my belongings in really weird places
