If something’s hard to get done, just grab the thing. Example: Brushing teeth -> grab the toothbrush

I often find it hardest to take the first step in a progress, thats why this is such a great hack. I hope someone can use it ⭐️

My mantra is ‘Just Pick up the broom”. Don’t think about it just pick it up. The broom is symbolic for any task.

Similar to this approach, move your body to the place you need to be instead of ruminating. If you need to brush your teeth, just throw the phone away move to the washroom.

Love that!

I also find it hard to get started. As soon as I think of doing one thing, I want to do something else but I don’t do that either. I get stuck trying to make up my mind and so I just procrastinate & do nothing.

It fits with the perfect song that will keep playing on repeat in my head the rest of the day! "Grab that thing" by Hampenberg...
