Do you find yourself talking in your mind as if you are seriously telling something (for ex. your ADHD), or explaining yourself to somebody? 🫤

All the time! My emotions take over when I have an argument or discussion. Once I am not overwhelmed, I can think straight and come up with what I should have said.

I have full-on arguments with my husband in my head.  By the time he gets home, we've fought and realized the issue without having m ever knowing it happened 😜

Yes. Always. I narrate my life when my brain isn’t busy enough. I have all the tabs in my brain open. Before I knew my adhd I didn’t understand where that voice  came from.
