Does anyone else have a parent who doesn't believe you when you think something is wrong? Like getting my mom to believe me about my anxiety was hard enough, but if I bring up adhd she just laughs it off and says I'm just weird

You know how YOU feel and no one else can tell you, no matter how well they think they may know you.   
Not a parent, doctor, partner, child or friend can decide- only YOU can feel what’s happening inside of YOUR body and mind. Your truth is your truth no matter what any other person  may choose to perceive.  ❤️‍🩹

Luckily not, but it's shitty in a lot of other things. And I'll probably never get  why people have such a hard time believing us x-x

Yes, just get snubbed off, I have ADHD, PTSD, GAD, MH problems,, Coeliacs Disease, Eating Diaorder, Kidney Stones and Osteoporosis… all diagnosed since January…  
I think people think I’m making things up 😢
