# Impossible to cancel?  "contact us" button doesn't work

Hi, I want to cancel my subscription before the end of the free trial and there is no button on the app for canceling subscription, and the "contact us" button doesn't work!!!! Please help me

Hey! Sorry for that, we will cancel it manually for you while fixing the bug. What email did you use to activate the subscription?

Thanks for your answers, unfortunately on "settings" page there is no "subscription". I'm on android. No subscription entered on my playstore... I assume that means I have to pay after the free trial for being able to cancel? Then the free trial is not really a free trial... 😔

You can also cancel if you have an iPhone in settings just click on your picture at the top and then subscriptions and you can cancel subscriptions right from there.

i have the same problem. it also isn’t showing up in my subscriptions on the apple store … i have no option to edit subscriptions in the settings either. if you figure it out def let us know because. l the contact buttons error out for me…

On home page go to top right for settings, choose subscription then cancel
