I search for prompts online and follow several people on Instagram for inspiration

my journal is an aesthetic mess, i just take anything seems nice to my eyes when i’m out and than i just glue everything in my journal. sometimes i also write down some to do lists or wish lists or lists… just lists ahahha, other times i start to draw mandala or write some fairy tales i liked or that i invented! it’s caos but nice!

I love journaling.  I have been doing it for many years.  I basically just do a brain dump.  So whatever is on my mind I write it down.  It clears my mind.  Hope that helps. 💖
