# My tip for falling asleep more easily

The hour advances, advances, and with it the alarm clock dangerously approaches, but still no sleep!   
When I feel like I won't be able to fall asleep, I put on one of my favorite TV show episodes... The ones I call my sleep-inducing (or lullaby) episodes. I've watched them so many times that I know them by heart, and so my brain can finally relax! Infallible (almost...). Generally, I fall asleep even before the opening credits.   
As for me, I pick from Stargate (SG1 and Atlantis) and recently Supernatural.
