# Hate my impulsivity

I make the worst decisions being impulsive. I've heard a dozen tips to try to help, but I don't listen to any of them. I just keep doing the same dumb things. I hate being this way. Can someone relate and maybe we can help each other?

A little work every day on the problem will make it go away.  
The list of problems is long…that’s never gonna change…but where you put daily effort you will see improvement.

I understand. I’m horrible with money.But I got a bit better when I found out I was/am depressed and started taking antidepressants.

I have the same problem. I buy to many clothes and the I am overdrawn on my credit card but I also have too many clothes to look after properly, I can never decide what to where and I end up with multiple outfits I have tried on just dumped on my bed.

Considering I over drew my checking account today and I don’t get paid until the 22nd, yes I can totally understand. i can’t help, but I can understand.
