Always keep ur keys in ur bag u use mos,  if u dont have one get a cool key hook and put it next to ur door, try to have a verbal check list of what u need with someone else or urself! mines been keys wallet phone with my partner coz he forgets his wallet and keys all the time. Also if u have a bag always check b4 walking out the door with ur little verbal check-list too!! its helped me for years I've only forgot my keys once in my whole adult life because of this.

I actually found a small card wallet with a key ring on it, I attached my keys to it,  now I don’t forget my keys or my wallet! It’s also just big enough that I can’t lose them

I put my keys in a little basket on a shelf in front of the door or in one specific pocket in a backpack yaaay

I found a little tiny zipper bag with a clip I put my keys in and I attach to my work bags strap or purse strap helps me tons, that and a air tag to tell my i have left them! No more digging and realizing it’s not there! (Or leaving my purse in random bathroom 🤦🏻‍♀️) 

I also keep that bag in a specific spot everyday when I get home where it’s visible as I walk out.

My professional life is automating things and that has seeped into my home life, I have an Alexa show that asks me when it’s sees me leaving the door if I have my phone keys and wallet😂
