What are your go to TV shows when you need something to help you calm down but that you’ve seen sooooo many times that you don’t have to really focus on it. For me, usually it’s True Blood or Gilmore Girls.

I’m into my KDrama so Reply 1988 which I’m guessing won’t mean an awful lot to many people!  But it’s fab. Netflix series set in the 80’s. Good fun. X
