Hey everyone, I recently asked ChatGPT for a recipe for an ADHD-friendly smoothie, specifically a breakfast smoothie. This is the recipe ChatGPT gave me, and I tried it out. I have to say, it really, really helped me stay stable throughout the morning—no major mood swings and with fairly decent concentration (which, of course, can depend on the day).

I wanted to share this because I personally don’t really like eating breakfast or spending a long time preparing it, so I often skipped it. But I’ve noticed that having breakfast really helps me.

So, for anyone looking for a quick, healthy breakfast recipe that’s also great for ADHD, give this a try!

Last couple days I’ve had:

Almond milk  
Cocoa powder  
Chocolate protein   
1 egg

Blended. Also works really well for energy
