Yes, there is.  
Yes, you can slow the programs down

U can tap the eighth note u can find in the corner

U will find the audio settings there

You can change speed to 0,75

I mean on some of the programs, it changes from one screen to the other before I can finish thinking about what it said. Yes I can read it, but I need to think about it.

I've just discovered that yeah, u can slow down

There are settings in the upper left corner (the settings are there after starting the program)

You can also adjust the delay between the slides – not only the speed

You can tap the screen and hold – this way you can pause (Sorry if u knew that already)
