I have been waking up in the middle of the night lately. I mean like just randomly. No reason. I just wake up. 🫥 does anyone have ideas of what could be happening? Or some tips? I appreciate any help I get

Sometime it is linked to your glycemic so what I did I eat 10 peanuts or 5 almonds just before going to bed and I stopped to wake up

Sometimes that happens to me too, most of the time I‘m thirsty but didn’t notice so I drink sth and go back to bed, but If it’s impossible to sleep I just get started with my day
