honestly this is wild but pepcid 20mg helps SO MUCH. a lot of pmdd is histamine and pepcid is an antihistamine that really lifts a lot of the more intense mood swings for me

I’ve seen that coupled with adhd, the task paralysis and all of the bad symptoms are harder since there is less dopamine during the luteal phase
