I realized that I’m in a perpetual freeze response. I can’t do anything, even things that I really want to do, like hobbies.
This makes me very upset but I don’t know how to combat this because doing something about it would be \*doing something\* and I can’t.
I think it’s a mixture of executive dysfunction and perfectionism.

I put on some cheerful music on for 5 min...and start 1 thing in between 2 episodes for instance.
Sometimes you won't fo a thing, others you'll do just 2 min, and perhaps you'll find yourself doing more than 5 minutes once your head is in it.
Good luck, and you're not alone feeling this 💛

Honestly, best advice about this I've gotten is; "to want to do stuff, you need to start doing stuff". Basically it means you have to try to do, well, anything - which will then spur confidence in doing other things (at least that works for me). For me personally i try the good old "make your bed" trick, essentially that means that i at least did one thing after tumbling out of sleep - and that sort of motivates me to do other stuff as well. Doesnt always work, and maybe something else would work better for you, but its something; hope it helps :)

I know this problem very well…. Sometimes I have to change the room/location/ sound/change light situation to get better…

but at other days I just stay frozen until I’m to tired to do something🙈😂

You might want to try making a list of four things you want to accomplish and then rate them by importance, even if it’s working on a hobby. I find a short list helps me feel accomplished because then I can see what I want to do and mark it off.
