# Hack: Body Doubling

I follow some folks on instagram who always post about the reality of living with adhd. Their memes are relatable and funny. The couple on the page came out with an app called Dubbii that lets you live stream body double or use pre made videos for so many task paralysis tasks.   
Because of this app Ive managed to brush my teeth every day for almost a month, my house is a ton cleaner, and I’m waking up on my first alarm. I am not affiliated with these folks or sponsored or anything. They’re from Australia or New Zealand and I’m in Tennessee. But the app has super helped me with task paralysis and overwhelm so I want to tell everyone.

They have a subscription if you want access to the lives and some other stuff, but a lot of their videos are free.
