To cancel your Numo ADHD subscription, follow these steps:  
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, go to "Subscriptions and Memberships" and cancel the subscription

If you subscribed through the App Store, go to your iTunes account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew

You can cancel from your subscriptions list. In iPhone you go to settings->apple ID->subscriptions->Numo->cancel button
