I’ve struggled with ADHD and OCD for years, many of those years pre-diagnoses. In my adult life I have felt so much guilt, shame, and worthlessness for having a never-ending to-do list and for the inability to function like others. I’ve tried other apps and life hacks, but nothing helped long-term. Many were bandaids until my interest and dedication fizzled out. Some were distractions and pseudo-wins. With less than a week of using Adhd Numo under my belt, I’m feeling very hopeful and positive. I feel good. I feel lighter. I feel productive. I feel less forgetful. I feel more at peace. There are still so many facets of this app I have yet to explore and utilize and that fills me with optimism that I can achieve even more than I know - although what I’ve achieved thus far is good enough for me. Anything additional is a bonus, really. Just wanted to share some morning thoughts! Have a good day, everyone :)

that’s so good to hear! i’m still a little nervous it’s gonna be my new flavor of the week/month/etc. like the others, but even typing that i doubt it because the community that accompanies this app is so incredible and so encouraging! it makes a huge difference when you have strangers who understand and are rooting you on 🩵

I'm happy for you! This app helped me a LOT and starting with small, simple steps. It gave me back the confidence that I cant get stuff done,  even if it's just take my meds on time or shower and this was huge when I started.

thank you! it’s wild the amount of pressure we put on ourselves. existing is hard and i never consented to this! LOL i am so thankful for any little thing that makes my life easier, like this app, and the support of an awesome community 🤗🩵
