idk if it's good for my ADHD but it's definitely good for my anxiety (i have GAD beside ADHD)

I work better when I can see outside, so near a window. If I’m inside all day and closed off, it makes the room feel too dark and boring. Though sometimes the bright sun can be really annoying and in the way at times.
