I kept telling myself to the thing I had planned instead I ended up fixing my bike and tidying my room. I understand these are good things but I'm annoyed at myself for not doing what I had to do

Some days you just have to be thankful that you did accomplish something.  I usually get overwhelmed and sleep the day away.  Try again tomorrow!  Best of luck to you!
