I am using another app to help challenge myself to make healthier choices. This includes drinking more water, eating better, and being more active. I have been going for active walks this week, and this morning was my 5th walk in the past 7 days. I went out and did it even though it was raining! So proud!

Love it!! Self care has to be a priority! I'm right there with you! What other app are you using for the physical heath side?
