I rely on having routines, habits, lists to remember to do stuff which is exactly why I wanted to download this app in the first place. There’s nothing more satisfying than getting POINTS and leveling up as a reward, but using this app is not a part of my habits yet so how tf am I supposed to remember to use this app when I don’t even remember that I have it on my phone???!! #frustrated

I put widgets on every screen…

I have placed the app in the dock on my iPhone. That's where for example the phone app is installed by default to be visible on every home screen.

For me, this is the absolute no-brainer when I want to remember and get used to an app.

I use to receive notifications about tasks on my sport/sleep band.
Most of notifications are turned off

I think I just kept using it when I felt stuck and it eventually became a habit

I guess you should put a widget of Numo on your main screen 👀 it helps actually

Just wanted to add the reminder that not all ADHD memory has difficulties, but specific aspects. Remember you can have a good memory for some things that neurotypical people do not.

Enabling notifications, using the Home Screen widget, and the Lock Screen widget with your streak all help. Interacting with the community will make you want to check the app too. It’ll take time though.
