I have a quick question, I don’t know where to even start to get diagnosed officially with ADHD and get started hopefully on some medication that doesn’t cause conflict with my Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. What kind of doctor or therapist or counselor do I look into seeing?! Thanks in Advance , much love. ☺️

I think the answer to the question of how to get diagnosed depends on where you live. There are vastly different approaches to get a diagnosis in different countries.
I think in most countries you will have to see a psychiatrist to get a prescription, because most ADHD meds are controlled substances and can only be prescribed by certain medical doctors.
Regarding the Rheumathoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia: I am not a doctor, but to my knowledge they are both some kind of autoimmune disease. I somewhat went down the rabbit hole of mitochondrial health last year when I was researching how I can optimize my metabolism and this is also very closely tied to brain health and autoimmune disease. While traditional medicine will tell you that this can only be medicated to suppress the symptoms, looking at your mitochondria health can actually help with treating these conditions. If you want to know more, book recommendations or anything, please let me know.
And best of luck for your journey 🍀
