I had a really bad day yesterday,  it spent crying for no reason, nothing helped at all not eating not writing nothing.  
I wake up today with flu, I don't feel bad as yesterday but I can't stop thinking about the painfull stuff I was thinking about yesterday and I have a trouble sickness for old days and my childhood.
