I’m collecting songs and podcasts like the true hoarder of things that I am. 😊🫠 It’s bad. BUT I do use the songs and podcasts to get me through my tasks.

It can't affect my productivity at all since I don't have it (but from what I've seen from my girlfriends - not ADHD - they get absorbed by clips and videos...).
