I had like the best day ever. So productive! Started a few habits that I have in my log but haven't begun to start. Meditation and journaling. Earlier this week I started flossing! So so so proud of my self!

I'll try to start my morning like that tomorrow. I listened to some of the advice from the app: leave it out so it'll be easier to follow thru. I've also put my clothes in order and packed every bag! Should be smooth sailing tomorrow.
