What’s your favorite type of cozy stimulation, and why?  
For me it is huddling up in a really soft blanket and watching tv, it makes me feel warm and safe.

Mine is when I'm producing music with no distractions or gaming on my ps5, or cuddling with my partner when she is not working late also my 3 year old daughter too which more than likely has adhd too

Watching a show on my phone while making bracelets or painting

Taking walks in nature while listening to podcasts/audiobooks/music. Also, lying in bed with my weight blanket, watching YouTube, or playing some cozy game on my switch.

The way I find the most peace and connection with the world is by aimlessly walking through cities, towns, or nature, always with my headphones on, listening to white noise, simply observing how everything unfolds. :))
